What we do

We work side-by-side with your team to find what your customers actually value — and how your operation has to run to deliver that.

Then we introduce the change with your people, not to them. We get paid when it works: when you save FTEs, cut costs, or earn more. If it doesn't move the numbers, neither do we.

How we work

Four steps. No slide decks in between.

01

Diagnose

We sit with the people doing the work — not just the owner — and map how orders, bookings, or requests actually move today.

02

Design the fix

Sometimes it's a process redesign. Sometimes it's an integration. Sometimes it's a custom automation. We pick whichever is proportionate — not whichever is more impressive.

03

Build & introduce

We build it, test it against real cases, and roll it out with the team that will use it every day — so it survives contact with reality.

04

Measure & get paid on it

We track the number we agreed on — hours saved, FTEs removed, revenue gained — and that's what determines what we earn.

What that looks like

One capability, four shapes.

We're not tied to one technology or one type of project. We're tied to the outcome: less manual work, more revenue, an operation that runs on what your customers actually value.

Process & pricing redesign

Distribution & revenue strategy

For a group of hospitality clients, we built the channel infrastructure that let each property list consistently everywhere — their own site included — and then supported the pricing decisions that infrastructure made possible.

ERP & systems automation

Data entry, gone

For a retail distributor, we built the pipeline that reads incoming emails and creates purchase orders directly in their ERP. For another retail client, the same logic turns a Shopify return request into a credit note automatically.

Research & data at scale

Finding answers that don't exist yet

A construction client needed to identify realistic investors among thousands of people, with no existing list to start from. We built the research pipeline — LLM-based, cross-checked against multiple independent controls — and delivered a validated database.

Proof of concept

Seeing the destination before you build it

A shipping client wanted to see what an ideal process-management system could look like before committing budget. We delivered a working proof of concept in two weeks — enough for their team to build it in-house with confidence.

What we're not

Not a consultancy. Not off-the-shelf software.

Unlike a consultancy

we don't hand you a strategy deck and leave. We build the working system and hand you the result.

Unlike off-the-shelf software

we build around how your business actually works — not the other way around.

Let's talk

Have a manual process you're tired of?

Tell us about it. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.
