Success stories

Six operations. Five industries. All measured in real numbers.

We don't lead with logos or testimonials. We lead with what changed — because that's what we're actually judged on.

Hospitality client: +60% net revenue in two years

Occupancy was already high when we started, so there wasn't much room to book more nights — and indeed, only 15% of the growth came from extra bookings. The rest came from a pricing strategy the property could only run with confidence once its listings were properly distributed across more channels, including its own website. More visibility gave the owners the confidence to charge what the property was actually worth.

Hospitality client: growth offset a lost property

In 2024, one of the three properties we manage channels for had zero bookings — a €11.9k swing versus the year before. Meanwhile the other two properties grew by €11.8k combined, almost exactly offsetting that loss and keeping total revenue flat at €18.4k instead of falling. The channels we built generated real, measurable demand — and the client is now working with us specifically on reactivating the underperforming property.

Retail client: hours of manual work removed, every day

Every Shopify return meant someone on the team manually creating a credit note. We automated the trigger end to end: return requested → credit note created, with no human step in between. What used to be a recurring daily task disappeared from the team's workload entirely.

Retail distributor: 2 FTEs saved on order processing

Purchase orders were being typed in by hand from incoming supplier emails. We built the automation that reads the email and creates the order directly in their ERP — no human step. We still manage that automation today, for a fraction of what those 2 FTEs cost, with more savings identified and in progress.

Construction client: an investor database that didn't exist

The client needed to know who, among thousands of people, was a realistic investor for new projects. There was no existing list or process for this. We built one — using LLM-based research cross-checked against multiple independent controls and models — and delivered a validated database ready to act on.

Shipping client: two weeks to a working proof of concept

Rather than a slide deck of recommendations, we built a working proof of concept of the ideal process-management system in two weeks. It let the client's leadership see exactly what 'good' looks like — and gave their own team what they needed to build it in-house with confidence.
